If you require a school for your child, one of the initial things to look after is the board of education that you want your child to follow. Earlier, the choices of the board of education were limited. Today, many more options are available. You can choose from the three Indian boards and one international board when you are picking out a school for your child.  When you are seeking the top ranking schools in India ,  it is important to look for an institute that follows the right teaching methodology. While the syllabus across the board in any school remains the same, the schools need to make it interesting and easy to grasp for the children. If the teaching methodology of the school is competent and comfortable enough for children, it is bound to show in the academic and non-academic performance of the child.

The  IGCSE schools in Mumbai   offer the international board of education known as the International General Certificate of Secondary Education. The board is Cambridge affiliated and has an edge over other boards when it comes to getting an education and admissions outside the country. Since boundaries are shrinking and distances between countries are getting lesser, children need to get an international view on education right from the very beginning of their school life.

Schooling right from the pre-primary to the secondary and higher secondary classes has seen a change in the last couple of years. The best educational institutes are now turning towards teaching methods that are more student-oriented rather than tutoring-oriented.   This change in the trend of teaching has also opened up the need for a more evolved and universally accepted board of study, which is why more and more parents are now putting their children in schools that offer the IGCSE board.
